How fast will my order arrive?
Most of our collection ships from US warehouses and arrives in 2 to 5 business days. A few pieces, noted on their product pages, take 5 to 8 business days. Every order gets a tracking number, so you will always know where the loaf supplies are.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on US orders over $50. Under $50, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation email when it is on the way, with tracking included.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Canadian orders typically arrive in 9 to 12 business days. Prices at checkout show your total; if any import fees apply on delivery, they are the carrier's charges rather than ours, and we do our best to route orders so this does not happen.
My tracking has not updated. Should I worry?
Tracking can pause for a day or two between scans, especially early in the journey. If it has been quiet for more than 4 business days, email us and we will chase it down.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days, straightforward, no hoops. If something arrives damaged or your cat's new bed is not right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
What if my cat simply refuses to use it?
Cats will be cats. Reach out anyway. We would rather sort it out than have a bed gathering dust and a person holding a grudge.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you email us within 12 hours of ordering, usually yes. After that the order is often already moving through fulfillment.

Where do your products come from?
We are a curated boutique. We select every piece from trusted makers and our own Loaf & Whisker designs, and each one earns its place by the Loaf Standard: real comfort a cat chooses on its own, warm looks that belong in your home, and quality we would give our own cats. Orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, most of them in the US.
Why is the catalog so small?
On purpose. Ten thoughtful things beat a hundred forgettable ones. Your cat only naps in one spot at a time, and we would like it to be a good one.
